ASA 606 acrylic-urethane roof coating is a one-part elastomeric cross linking latex copolymer emulsion that is air and UV curing. It is a chemical resistant, waterproof coating formulated for use on roof decks.
ASA 606 was designed to be applied with brush, roller or airless spray. It adheres well over aged galvanized and metal roofs, wood, shingle roofs, built-up roofs with dried-out asphalt or aluminum coatings, urethane and polystyrene foam insulation, polyester plastic panels, precast flat concrete, flat and barrel cement tiles and many single ply roofing materials.
ASA 606 is a proven life extender for aged EPDM roofs.

LIGHT AND HEAT REFLECTIVEASA 606 dramatically reduces solar heat absorption in either air conditioned or Non-air conditioned buildings. It takes the majority of the heat load off a building's skin and reduces temperatures to approximately that of outside shade. ASA 606 minimizes thermal shock, surface expansion and subsequent roof deterioration thus prolonging building life. |
Our Unique Acrylic resin is manufactured exclusively for ASA 606. Not available from any other manufacturer. High quality silica and titanium dioxide fillers provide super chemical resistance and light reflectivity.
Contains NO calcium carbonate. Fully resistant to acid rain, cooking fats, jet exhaust and other environmental contaminates.
ASA 606 removes concerns about safety. It contains no solvents for low environmental impact. Only 25 gm/L VOC's, well under the 250 gm/L allowed by the most restrictive environmental regulations. Contains no lead or other heavy metals. Wet coating is easily removed from hands and tools with soap and water.
